We deliver to all Australian and International addresses only via Australia Post Service.
All items will be sent by registered post.
There are four rates for postage and handling, depending on weight and your location;
- Delivery to Australian addresses is charged at a flat rate of $5.00 for up to 250g and $7.50 for over 250g
- Delivery to International addresses is charged at a flat rate of $12.00 for up to 250g and $18.00 for over 250g
Extra insurance or express post can be provided at cost. This can be arranged by calling us on 0433 129 039 or by email
Packaging
We use the most economical and secure packaging possible. However, please advise if you have any specific packaging requirements (particularly if your mail is likely to be exposed to extreme weather conditions), and we will do what we can to accommodate.
Delivery
Unless otherwise indicated, orders will be shipped between 2 - 5 business days of receiving the order and payment confirmation. (NOTE: Direct deposit payments may take up to 3 days for payment to go through.)
To ensure prompt delivery, please provide accurate address details when placing an order. We are unable to call customers prior to delivery.

Delivery Times
Depending where you live we have provided a guideline for approximate delivery times to various locations across Australia.
- Melbourne: 2-3 working days
- Rural Victoria: 2-4 working days
- Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra & Tasmania: 3-4 working days
- Perth, Darwin & Cairns: 4-5 working days
- Rural WA, QLD & NT: 5-7 working days

Loss & damage during delivery
Moederkip checks all products to make sure they are in good condition and not faulty prior to packaging and every item is packaged with great care.
Australia Post is a reliable delivery service, however sometimes mishaps can occur. If a package is delayed, arrives damaged or not at all please contact us immediately by email or phone and we will do everything possible to ensure you are satisfied with our products.
