Refunds and Exchanges
All goods purchased from the Moederkip website may be exchanged for a store credit or a refund with proof of purchase where goods are faulty or have been wrongly described or do not do what they are supposed to do.
We take great pride in producing quality goods, and take care to ensure listings accurately reflect materials / colours / sizing etc. However if you are unhappy with your purchase in any way, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can work out a resolution.
